Is myleonma the same as myeloma?

If it is, what does the difference in spelling indicate?

Also I would like to submit an article about  friend who recently died from this and like to know the best place to have the article published as a tribute to him

Hi gg,

Mylenoma is not a word, but there is melanoma. It gets confusing because the words melanoma and myeloma are so very similar. Melanoma is a skin cancer and myeloma is a blood cancer.

gg - regardless what kind of cancer your friend died from, I'd be interesting in reading your tribute.  Friends are special to all of us.
