I just wanted to let you know my husband Joe Stafford Sampson passed away last night from complications of Multiple Myeloma. He was 61 years old and left behind 12 children, the youngest was 6 years old.
His cancer was very aggressive and although we kept trying treatments, it failed to respond.
It has been very emotionally trying and I just want to stay I am still in shock, although I knew his numbers were very high, I had not given up hope for a meaningful recovery.
Thank you for your support via these discussions. It has helped me cope as I searched for information to help him during these last few months.
