I'ma 73 year old man fortunately in complete remission after four cycles of RevloDex (25 & 20), and I'm about to begin maintenance with RevDex, without a transplant.  Does anyone have any experience with a low RevloDex dose during maintenance, and what was the dose and survival length?

Standard of care seems to be continue on as high a dose as you can tollerate until blood counts can't recover, then drop dose and repeat.  I went from 25 mg of Revlimid to 15 mg now 10 mg.  Dropped dex 12 months ago.  29 months and still OK!  E-mail me if you like for more details:  Pat@HelpWithCancer.Org.  Good luck!
